At Vovrs, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible. We also provide full shipping protection throughout the entire transit process. If your package encounters shipping-related issues such as significant delays, loss, or theft, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

Please note that if shipping is unavailable to a specific location, customers in that region will not be able to place or complete an order at checkout.

We offer Express Shipping for an additional USD $5.

In general, express shipping is approximately 4 business days faster than standard shipping. For example:

  • USA & Canada: 3–11 business days

Actual express delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier operations.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.


7. Carriers

Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination. Where available, carrier information will be shown at checkout.


8. Duties and Taxes

Where applicable, all duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Under normal circumstances, customers are not expected to pay additional import charges upon delivery.


9. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If delivery fails due to any of the following:

  • refusal to accept the package
  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for any resulting:

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:

  • contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
  • check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom staff

10. Full Shipping Protection

We provide full shipping protection for all orders.

If your package encounters issues during transit, including loss or theft, we will offer either:

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We allow order modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping addresses may also be updated before the order has been shipped.
